Ecstatic Dance este un spațiu de acceptare și explorare in siguranta, în care poți dansa fără a te preocupa de cum arată mișcările tale și în care îți poți lăsa corpul să se exprime cum își dorește.

De aceasta data il va avem ca ghid muzical pe fondatorul Kulam Project, nascut in 2019 in Thailanda. Este apreciat in lumea ecstatic dance pentru experientele profunde pe care le creeaza.

 Despre experienta 

Ecstatic Dance este un eveniment, o petrecere, o ceremonie, o practică de meditație prin mișcare, un loc de explorare prin joacă în care dansul și mișcarea autentică devin căi de conectare la EMOȚII și senzații pe care nu le accesăm în viața de zi cu zi sau care nu și-au găsit contextul pentru a fi exprimate.

Începem cu exerciții simple de mișcare pentru a ne încălzi corpul și pentru a ne familiariza cu spațiul și cu celelalte persoane. Urmează două ore de dans ecstatic, pe parcursul cărora MUZICA este singurul nostru GHID, colajul de ritmuri și melodii fiind creat ca suport pentru experimentarea unei game largi de trăiri. Apoi, spre sfârșitul călătoriei, muzica de relaxare ne invită la conștientizarea și asimilarea experienței avute.

Daca este prima oara cand vii, te incurajez sa vii cu curiozitate. Ecstatic Dance nu are un scop similar cu dansurile de societate sau party-urile din club, unde trebuie sa te misti sau sa pari altfel decat esti.

 Călătorie muzicala cu DJ Kulam 

Fondatorul Proiectului Kulam, Nir Shraiber este mult mai mult decât un DJ – este un țesător de călătorii sonore, un artist vizionar care folosește muzica ca medicament și ca o punte între culturi și inimi. Stilul său îmbină eclecticul, tribalul și misticul, trecând prin sunete din lume, ritmuri electronice, cântece ancestrale și vibrații șamanice care invită corpul să danseze și sufletul să se deschidă. Fiecare set este unic și canalizat în momentul prezent, răspunzând energiei grupului și creând un câmp viu de conexiune, celebrare și transformare. A dansa cu DJ Kulam înseamnă a păși într-un ritual colectiv de libertate, bucurie și autenticitate.

PRINCIPII:
 Ringul de dans este un spațiu non-verbal. Astfel, este mai ușor să ne mutăm atenția din minte în corp și să găsim noi moduri de a ne exprima și/sau de a interacționa cu ceilalți.
 Pentru o avea o experiență cât mai autentică, pe parcursul evenimentului NU se consumă alcool, tutun și alte droguri.
 Putem dansa singuri, cu ceilalți sau putem sta și privi, respectând spațiul și pe ceilalți.
 Nu este nevoie de experiență în dans. Deschis pentru orice vârstă și condiție fizică.
 Să îți aduci haine comode și nu uita de apă!
 Pe parcursul evenimentului nu se vor face poze sau filmări

On November 8th, we will meet again to celebrate life together!

Ecstatic Dance is a space of acceptance and safe exploration, where you can dance freely without worrying about how your movements look, allowing your body to express itself as it wishes.

This time, our musical guide will be the founder of Kulam Project, established in 2019 in Thailand. He is well-regarded in the ecstatic dance community for the profound experiences he creates.

You will always find: face painting, cacao with intention, guided warm-up, Ecstatic Dance, journey integration & snacks

 About the experience 
Ecstatic Dance is an event, a party, a ceremony, a meditation practice through movement, a space for playful exploration in which dance and authentic movement become pathways to connect with the EMOTIONS and sensations that we don’t get to access in daily life or they have not found a context to be expressed.

We start with simple movement exercises to warm up our bodies and get familiar with the space and the other people. Then follows two and a half hours of ecstatic dance, during which MUSIC is our only GUIDE, the collage of rhythms and melodies being created as support for experiencing a wide range of emotions. Later, toward the end of the journey, the relaxation music invites us to become aware of and assimilate the experience.

If it’s your first time coming, I encourage you to come with curiosity. Ecstatic Dance does not have the same goal as social dances or club parties, where you have to move or appear different from who you are.

At Ecstatic Dance, you move for your own joy, come as you are!

The founder of the Kulam Project, Nir Shraiber, is much more than a DJ – he is a weaver of sonic journeys, a visionary artist who uses music as medicine and as a bridge between cultures and hearts. His style blends eclectic, tribal, and mystical elements, moving through sounds from around the world, electronic rhythms, ancestral songs, and shamanic vibrations that invite the body to dance and the soul to open. Each set is unique and channeled in the present moment, responding to the energy of the group and creating a vibrant field of connection, celebration, and transformation. PRINCIPLES:
 The dance floor is a non-verbal space. This makes it easier to shift our focus from the mind to the body and find new ways to express ourselves and/or interact with others.
 For the most authentic experience, NO alcohol, tobacco, or other drugs are consumed during the event.
 We can dance alone, with others, or simply watch, respecting the space and others.
 No dance experience is needed. Open to all ages and physical conditions.
 Bring comfortable clothes and don’t forget water!
 During the event, there will be no photographs
